- Your $38 set up fee will be automatically added to your shipping cost. Your actual shipping cost will be the shipping charge minus $38. The set up fee will not be a line item.
- Due to the nature of this personalization, we are unable to replace any pieces. When ordering, please take the possibility of an unforeseen incident into consideration. We can refund, but not replace any items that arrive broken.
