- There is a $38 set up charge for each personalization order. This screen print set-up charge is a $38 flat fee in addition to the per piece cost. Your $38 set up fee will be automatically added to your shipping cost. Your actual shipping cost will be the shipping charge minus $38. The set up fee will not be a line item.
