Our shopping cart is designed for the convenience of our customers. If you have any questions on its functionality, feel free to contact us any time. Once your have successfully completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Order by Phone
You can place an order by phone at 1-866-323-5867. We are available Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM CST.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Paypal Express, Check/Money Orders and Purchase Orders for established customers. If paying by Check/Money Order, upon completion of order send check or money order to the following address. Please note that orders paying by Check or Money Order will not be processed until the payment is received and cleared by the bank.

Low Price Guarantee
Although most of our products are created by us, we do carry items from other manufacturers. If you find any of our products on another site for cheaper, let us know and we'll gladly match their price.
Most orders are processed within five business days, with the exception of personalized items. This processing time plus shipping time will determine your delivery date. If an item will take more than five business days to process, it will be stated under the product description.
Most of our products ship UPS and offer ground service, 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air. To offer a wide selection of products, a few of our vendors will ship Fed Ex or USPS. Please provide a street address, we do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping is calculated by the weight of the product, your shipping destination and the UPS delivery service you choose. Upgrading your delivery service will increase your price. Please note that if using a shipping service other than ground service, the processing times still apply. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package.
We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada. Please provide a street address, we do not ship to PO boxes. For orders to Puerto Rico and Canada, we are unable to replace damaged pieces. We can issue credit upon receipt of digital photos documenting the damage. On these shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico, please make sure you order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.
Where is Heat Safe Shipping Required?
Heat Safe Shipping is not currently required. We cannot ship chocolates outside of the US during our Summer months.
How We Protect Your Chocolates During Heat-Safe Shipping (not always applicable)
- Chocolates are shipped only via next day air or second-day air.
- We use heat-safe shipping boxes along with ice packs to keep your chocolates cool.
- We do not ship chocolates on Friday to avoid the package sitting on a truck over the weekend.
- If it is particularly hot, you may want to contact us to make special arrangements for receiving your order.
How You Can Protect Your Chocolates
- Once your chocolates are shipped, you will receive a UPS notification via email with the expected delivery date.
- Your expected delivery date may be different than that on your invoice. We adjust the date to avoid the package sitting on a delivery truck over the weekend.
- It is very important that someone is at your shipping address to meet the UPS driver for the arrival of your chocolates. You will have to sign for your chocolates.
- We will not be responsible for any chocolates that are unable to be delivered on the first attempt.
- Once your chocolates have arrived, immediately place them in a cool, dry place.
- If you are storing your chocolates for use at a later date, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated storage.
- We use heat-safe shipping boxes and materials to keep quality intact, following the guidelines above will help ensure the highest quality during warmer days.
In the unlikely event that your chocolates have been signed for in a timely manner and have still melted in transit, we will be happy to replace them, just contact us.
Returns & Replacements

- If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. We do not accept returns of unused, leftover or partial orders of favors.
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns must receive prior authorization, so please contact us for approval.
- We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipping returns. We recommend using a tracking number when returning your items.
- Personalized items, all food items, or customized orders are not returnable unless damaged in shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, credit will be issued within 3-5 business days. You will then receive an email notification with the total credit.
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect if carefully. If your package is damaged, please call our customer care department at 1-866-323-5867 no later than 7 days of receiving your package. Please save all packaging and paper work that arrived with your order.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
